Rotary Club of Clemmons Sponsors Student “Shadow Day”

On Wednesday, February 4, 2015 the Rotary Club of Clemmons sponsored their annual “Shadow Day” for students of West Forsyth High School. 30 students attended the weekly Wednesday morning Rotary Club meeting, and then spent the entire day with one of the 16 Rotarians that volunteered to have the students follow them throughout their entire work day. Rotarian Dr. Aaron Horne, VP of Vocational Services that handles the coordination of the program for the Rotary Club, said “The goal of the program is to expose the students to the real-life workplace and to allow them to explore professional options that may interest them specifically.
